Days after Christmas and I find that I have two hands that can, not only play video games, but can type on a keyboard and everything.  I've been a bit out of touch with the web, mostly because I've been keeping attention with my family (Christmas + Two Birthdays = Distraction).  Though, really, if I'm being honest, RPing and just internet in general isn't doing it's job of keeping my attention.

Ah, well.

Christmas was rather spectacular and enjoyable, probably the best one we've had in awhile.  Christmas Eve was spent with the grandparents where we snacked on cheese, playing Silent Hill: Homecoming (which we still can't get my aunt to enjoy, but my grandfather got a kick out of it probably due to the fact that he enjoyed the movie) before we all exchanged gifts.

On Christmas day, we all got up about 7:30 in the morning to open presents.  I took pictures diligently because I never think we have enough.  We do, but still.  I'm sure no one really cares what I got, and listing them would sound much like bragging (though I will say that I am pleased by all of them, and my parents always know exactly what to get).  After much present opening, my dad and I got to playing Left 4 Dead (which I'm now wondering why I didn't go out and get it earlier.  it's fast paced zombie fun) for a couple of hours before heading to my grandparents.  There we feasted on ham and turkey and fried corn and huddled around the television (the adults at least) before finally heading home.  Over all, wonderful like always.

I hope you all enjoyed your holidays just as much as I did.

I think I'm not going to app Neo-Queen Serenity this round, mostly due to my complete lack of attention span.  I haven't even looked at anyone's flist in just about forever.  Maybe I just need to work back into the game slowly.

1.  I love the anonmeme.  It's not the wank that draws me in, hell no, it's all the funny.  The trolls.  It's beautiful.  It never ceases to bring a smile to my face, unless some stupid wank happens that makes me lineface.

2.  I updated my hiatus in Luceti because there is no way in hell that I can do anything with Christmas right around the corner.  I r excited.  Yesh.  I'm ready for the family gathering on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day (it's a two day thing in my family).  This year we're going early to my grandparents on Eve because my Aunt is making cake donuts.  Yummy!

3.  THE THIRD BIRTHDAY.  22nd!  TWO DAYS.  /heeeaaavvveeessss I am so excited for some more Aya Brea action.  I WANT TO DRESS HER UP AS LIGHTNING

I need to go download all of the FFX cutscenes so I can icon them.  I never thought I'd get back into that game, but listening to To Zanarkand makes me wibble just a wee bit and want to play it (as long as I don't have to play through the beginning ever ever again, fuck I hate the beginning of the game).

We're getting all the Christmas stuff out, and putting up the Christmas tree.  I'm humming Christmas tunes, and wanting to watch White Christmas.  God, it's my favorite holiday.
